The only personal information this site collects is what you type into my forms.

The “Plan a trip” form asks for your name, email, and phone number, how you’d like me to reach you, the kind of trip you have in mind, when you hope to travel, how many adults and children are traveling and the children’s ages, and how you heard about me.

If we move forward, I may send you my Trip Planning Questionnaire. It asks for more detail, such as travelers’ names, passport status and expiration dates, your departure city, your travel preferences and budget range, and any accessibility, mobility, or dietary needs I should plan around. You can skip anything you’re not comfortable sharing, and you never need to share medical details.

I never ask for passport numbers or payment card details through this website.

This site has no user accounts, no advertising, and no tracking or advertising cookies. I don’t use tools that follow you around the web.

My website host, Cloudflare, automatically handles basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

My forms are delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which emails your answers to my business inbox. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for a limited time and says it does not sell or share that information. You can read its privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy (opens in a new tab).

I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

To book your trip, I share only what each supplier needs, such as travelers’ names and travel dates, with the cruise lines, hotels, transportation companies, outfitters, and travel protection providers involved. I also share booking details with Atlas Coast Travel Group, my host agency, which keeps booking records and processes commissions. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

I never sell or rent your information.

I never take payments through this website. Trip payments go directly to the supplier, not to me.

I keep inquiry and trip information as long as I need it to plan your trip, support you while you travel, and keep the business records the law requires. If we don’t end up planning a trip together, you can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time.

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you, except records I’m required to keep for completed bookings. Email or call me and I’ll take care of it.

This site is meant for adults planning travel. Information about children, such as their ages, comes only from a parent or guardian planning the trip.

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
